The firehouse features a laboratory, containment unit, darkroom, garage bay, office area, kitchen, sleeping quarters, bathroom and recreation room. The walls can be opened to reveal the interior and fit the 21108 Ghostbusters Ecto-1 (sold separately) into the garage bay. This set includes nine minifigures from the 1984 Ghostbusters movie: Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, Janine Melnitz, Dana Barrett, Louis Tully, Library Ghost and a Zombie Driver. It contains 4634 pieces and measures over 14” high × 9” wide × 14” deep. With walls opened out, measures over 14” high × 18” wide × 14” deep.
Will LEGO Retire 75827 Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters This Year?
LEGO had released serval Ghostbusters sets. The Ghostbusters Ecto-1 was released on June 14 and retired in November 2016. Also, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 & 2 was available from July 2016 to November 2017. Both Sets had about a one and a half year lifespan. Since LEGO released Ghostbusters Headquarters in Jan 2016 and this is about one a half year in the market. So this is a high possibility that LEGO will retire it this year.
